It's silky glide down the throat, paired with bursts of flavor and heat dancing on the tongue as crunchy vegetables coupled with melt-in-bits tenderness of fish, beef or chicken fills the mouth, is the delightful culinary symphony of Aapon (Ogbono) soup. Yum 😋🍲

Found this on pinterest, I’ve read Neighbor Favor but gotta read the rest
Isese a gbe wa ooo
May igba irunmole blessed us all.

I just got a copy too. Sounds like it's going to be useful.
I grew up in a single mother household.
I grew up not wanting to do it all like my mum had to, but not knowing how to be vulnerable and ask.
Then I figured with a man who really cares, you won't have to ask.
Orí guide me to the places where my light is needed and my peace is preserved.

I wish you the best of luck sis.
May Olódùmarè direct Ajé to the pockets of those who are to assist you and into your hands as well.

Congratulations and I wish you the best on the job.
There's a Yorùbá Proverb:

Abẹ́nilòrí ò ní gbà kí wọ́n gbé abẹ kọjá lórí òhun.

An executioner would panic at the thought of someone passing a razor blade over his head.
The reason colonizers are so afraid of immigrants is because they make the mistake of thinking that because all colonizers are immigrants, all immigrants are also colonizers. They think immigrants come with evil in their hearts, because colonizers come with evil in their hearts.
Sometimes the nicest people you'll meet smoke, drink and swear 🤬.
And some of the evil people you'll meet smile, use decent words and go to church on Sunday.

Okay, Simply put, having research based data can empower good faith actors to understand the situation & step into gaps to help the environment recover. And like I said, there's a peaceful feeling that comes with knowing you've done something that made a situation better for collective benefit.
😂 Most social contributions to Nigeria are thankless anyways.
I guess one would feel better with the knowledge that things are properly put for the next generation. I would really like to have information of what going on with the Nigerian environmental eco system. To know is to control afterall.
In life those who build are fewer than those who destroy.
A builder carries a vision that few can carry. A demolisher carries only envy and emptiness.
Creation is slow, destruction is quick.
If you seek to build.
An idea
A path
A space
Do not be saddened when the demolition gang arrives.
Pls enlighten me. I feel like we the people of Nigeria living in Nigeria don't even have an inclination of the state of our environment.
It's weird. I tried doing something to raise awareness for the sanitation of streams and rivers that run through urban areas & the response was really really low.
