It’s not in CA but the king tides in my hometown are near flooding the causeway, which leaves literally one road to get off the barrier island. For now! Because that road is only slightly high enough to keep the tides from flooding it, too

I’m 99% sure someone threw something in my open car window because something skimmed my head and the person in the car next to me slowed down when I did because of it. I am so fucking tired of this place and these just awful people. Like it was just pure, uncalled for cruelty
