I consider myself pretty tapped into the gaming landscape and even I thought that it literally was a portable Series S/X until this post. Admittedly I hadn't looked into it too much because I had no intention of dropping $600-$1000 on a portable gaming system, but wow, what a misleading name.

Capcom in general seems to be the third party that's most on board with amiibo, like aside from the amiibo of their characters in Smash Bros, we also got Gold Mega Man, a Mega Man for MM11, and three figures and two sets of cards for Street Fighter 6.
