A sampling of some tracks on the instrumental album I'm working on. I'm one quarter done and thought I would share a bit.
A Cat Scratch Fever, which consists of:

One part gin,
Two parts tuna water,

served in a glass, which he will knock over and drink from the shattered mess on the ground
on the subject of fixes, i like ‘em hot
Canonically, in-game, who wrote that? I remember it at the beginning of Ben’s chapter and I think it was referred to as writing somebody scribbled. Was it Ben?
I'm ready for the Mighty Javelin
A part of me wishes that everyone who pulls it gets a ding even if they aren’t the first to pull it for that stop.
So you’re saying back in the 1880s when Nintendo was founded waltzes were still in style
Makes sense, 1985 is so long ago that was basically the Baroque era right?
me when i accidentally put ice cream in the microwave because i haven’t had enough sleep
scratch that. Boss Stunner
I think over time Ben can merge his cooking and magic skills. Some lightning would be a great way to finish a dish with pizzazz.
I randomly picked Alex. And proceeded to hang out in Seren listening to the jazz

i haven’t put a separate EQ but a lot of the reverbs I’ve tried have high pass and low pass filters which I can set pretty aggressively.
Their EQ (4, not the pro one) is very easy to use. The visualization is really helpful. Similar to what I see in Fabfilter Pro-Q screenshots.

The Q factor setting interface could be better though. I honestly found it easier on the stock Reaper EQ to modify this.
Their reverb (using the different 'lush' presets) adds a lot of depth on my reverb bus without allowing too much buildup that washes over everything.
Toneboosters compressor is able to work on my classical guitar without making it lose the clean high-end sparkle I like from the high E string. Basically out of the box (I picked the "Gentle 2:1" preset).
I decided to check out the demos for Toneboosters ( www.toneboosters.com ) plugins after hearing that they have released Linux native versions.

Really impressed so far. Thoughts in thread:

I so far have had success running Windows plugins in Wine but all the recent plugins that have had problems after updates to JUCE8 I’ll be looking to minimize that where possible
Really helpful list of nice audio plugins that release native Linux versions. I’ll be looking at this more closely as I eventually move towards the mixing phase of my album.

I’ve been thinking about this more and more. I’m not sure if Spotify would be worth the pain of losing other streaming (including Apple Music, which is the one I use anyway) just because some bot scammers randomly decided to put a track on their playlist
just write one more note. you know you want to
Anyway my experience with running Windows VSTs in wine is that 60% work immediately, 20% take minor fiddling (stuff like “you need to install a specific .NET version”), 10% take major fiddling (researching bugs, talking to support, could take days), and 10% just don’t work at all
