No matter how many battles you face sometimes all it takes is one slip up to fall prey to even the lowest rank of monsters, though in fairness, getting hit by something coming from the ground with no marker isn't exactly a fair fight~

Honestly I vibe a lot more with chew up and spit out a TON, (maybe a little more than the swallow) cause when used in a pred-y way it's a very like "well they could have swallowed you, but they chose not to~" tease
Especially if there's a follow up with an actual swallow if you get caught again~

Really seems like a certain hunter should probably be more cautious when hunting by bodies of water, especially with so many hungry Ludroth's around~
Though at the very least, it seems like she's content with just teasing him for now
