Not to mention that this would be so helpful in general? Like remembering and getting to the pharmacy once per month, specifically the 3 days right after I run out of meds, is really challenging.

I end up skipping a shot usually B4 I have time to go.

I don't meet the definition of disabled that allows me to get government assistance, but I can't imagine what my life would be like having to support myself without help from my family.

Staying in school isn't a good option either bc they aren't getting enough accommodations and it's actively making their disability worse.

But what job can you get without a degree that doesn't require working with your hands?

Social security isn't an option bc they're too young.

It's so bad that they reinjured themself and can't even do life basic tasks anymore.

The thing is, if they drop out they'll lose health insurance and food stamps bc of the new work requirements. They're using student lines to pay for housing too so dropping out is not an option.

My partner has nerve damage and can't use their hands very much. They're having so much trouble with classes and getting adequate accommodations that they might have to drop out.

Takes 1 pot and 1 pan and is done in 30min or less. Also it makes a ton of you use 2 packs of fideo noodles. Probably will last for 4 meals especially with bread or another side

Fideo:another easy disability friendly meal

1.Stir fry onions, bell peppers(buy precut) and garlic

2.Fry fideo noodles until brownish

3.Cover noodles with broth and cook until the broth is gone

4.Add veggies, diced tomato, canned green chile, cumin, salt&pepper

Rice and peas
Ingredients:
Pouch of rice (or cook ½-⅔ cup dry)
1 can of peas
Cumin, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, salt and pepper

Steps:
Make rice
Sautee peas and spices in oil
Combine

*If you cook in cast iron you don't have to wash it from this meal
