-abs: will keeping building muscle, but content to not be “shredded”. Love bread and cheese too much, but am consuming more protein and less sugar (most meals)
-booty: not flat! Between a desk job and apparently a family curse of flat backsides, making good progress

2025 Fitness journey:
-up 7lbs muscle from last year
-arms, chest, and back: good progress. Benching more by 20lbs and curling by 10lbs. Shirts fit more snug which is a nice self confidence boost
-legs: tight! (goofy “looka-tha!”pose) Always had big thighs but now have more defined calves
