Honestly I feel like asking folks why they’re using AI content is probably a lot more informative and may belie deeper cultural rot than we’ve anticipated, if they’re producing it for sheer volume of content, is it because of a selfish desire for easy popularity and how do we counter *that*

I look at folks falling for chatbots like I do folks who fall for romance scammers or scammers in general. Mockery isn’t going to work!

True story I was one of the latter folks in my early 20s and it absolutely wrecked me at the time. I get the impulse but you cannot be a functional individual and be an open, rent free emotional rock available at all hours of the day. It will absolutely destroy you.
