I spent almost 2 hours yesterday going through all of my Copic markers to check which ones need ink or are dried out and only about 7 were low and 1 deadass dry one. Overall I only need to get refills or marker replacements for 31 in total! Gonna be a pain, but I will eventually 😅

I've come to the conclusion that my digital painting skills are just, kinda crap (not good) you know, that 'lineless' look. I've never been truly satisfied with how I do it. It's time consuming, expensive on my commission chart, and the results aren't much different to my standard shading 😕

Check out the state of this Copic Marker, why the plastic caps turn so gross 😭🤢 it still works fine though xD
(many of my Copics are second hand ones I adopted over the years, refilled and replaced nibs for)

a week later, the ongoing pain from the surgery has finally eased up 😩 my gums are still really sensitive, but I'm able to eat much easier now. What a hellish week it's been 😅 it still didn't stop me from doing art though! Next Friday is when I get the stitches removed (oh joy 💀)

Another bust for another adopt. This is Flareos, the tiger/red fox hybrid. This is my favorite of the three, I got a lot more comfortable with shading by this point! Also he was not as difficult to draw as expected, a very smooth design.

The 25th Goose Festival will be held in Tata town this weekend. This town is famous for the big flocks of geese roosting on its lake (50000 right now). I'll be there with a stand, and will have talks about my work. This is a watercolour of some geese landing, with the Tata castle in the background.
