Yes, him and his older brother Ray. HMS Scylla from 1943. They had two older brothers that were in the fleet air arm and shot down over the med. Ray had a terrible time in the Baltic and came back a broken man in the worst possible way.

A word of warning. If the future you “does it again” but sees “daytime disco” walk away. I have been to this. It is the worse thing imaginable.

Although, I was in a pub in Bath earlier this year and this lovely couple were playing weird 80s indie. That was nice.
