It gets harder and harder to even look at Facebook for me these days. My feed is constantly filled with drama and fighting and people crying because someone was mean to them on the Internet. I'm sick of the fucking pitty party. I've been using my Instagram a lot more lately.

The only bad thing I've experienced since I quit drinking is realizing I had suppressed physical anxiety that I never knew I had. There are good and bad days and I hate the meds I have to take for it. But better the medication than what I was putting in my body before.
