IMO, it's good when compared to Genesys and Dark Fates.
From what I observe, before these two, the Rise of Machines was the most disliked among fans, for reasons. But now, "everything is known in comparison".

I wanna contribute to these complaints against new TOS.
There's a lot of kinksters among my followers, mostly because I draw TFs.
And a lot of TFs can be considered as non-con, since TFees are often depicted as "surprised" and "unknowing" of what is happening.

1) Specifying no FICTIONAL noncon
2) No "dangerous" kink
3) No DISCUSSING self harm, suicide, or substance abuse unless its "educational"
