Did something very different for my Scream Jam 2025 entry:

I made a 3D survival horror game with tank controls and retro styling reminiscent of early RE and Silent Hill games.

My latest jam game, The Last Key, is now published and ready to play at tbleazy.itch.io/the-last-key!
I’ve forgotten how absolutely unhinged the scoring animations are at bowling alleys
Looking great —I love the palette you went with for this one
3 bugs, 2 levels, and some amount of polish still left to go for my Bloomin’ Lumens update

Why does everything in game dev have to take so much longer than it feels like it should take? 😂
At least it'll hopefully be faster to refactor away those broken button blues with a higher level language?

These days, I have a love/hate (mostly hate) relationship with dynamic or weakly typed languages 🫠
Looking so good so far!
Uh oh. Are ya using a higher level language like Lua or did you going straight for the C APIs?
Whoa! So cool to see my game up there alongside several other really awesome games!

I’m hoping to publish my post-jam update for Bloomin’ Lumens by the end of the week: new levels, mechanics, and more challenging puzzles!
B1T Jam 2 is officially over and results are out, congrats to all the winners: itch.io/jam/b1t-jam-...

@erytau.bsky.social I used your font that you shared in a jam game I'm wrapping up this weekend. It's so good!
Every day we stray further and further from the light 🥲
Might need a little WD-40 to make the slider move #SettingsMenu #pixel_dailies @pixeldailies.bsky.social
Looks great! I just learned about the pico8 last night. How is it developing on the platform?
The baba yaga house is so good. That lighting!
This looks great! I may try it out on a future project.
Thank you! I need to get back into this as a daily habit 😂

I want one for my playdate now 🥺
I’m curious to see where you land with it!

I also think the effect might look better with the placement tweaked. For example, if the arc started from the end of the character’s rod rather than in front of them.
Are there other options that you’ve explored? E.g dotted or dashed lines?

I think both options you’ve got here work, but they’re visually heavy and maybe even distracting, too
