Final Girl is a so good!!!!! its core systems are rock solid, but it really shines when you start messing with the “feature films” modules, keeping every game fresh and unique. the fact they manage to balance it all so well is a massive achievement

each game is based on a classic horror movie, with you trying to survive a scenario against a famous monster (IP friendly, of course)

Spirit Island is a game about being a spirit that scares and then murders the british. it’s tight.

fundamentally an anti-colonialist game, it’s a reverse 4X where you’re trying to get rid of an “opponent” that’s playing a euro-style worker placement game
