I have purple bat lights that I shine on the sidewalk and tonight a little girl dressed as a purple bat came and got so excited and danced around in them like she had too much candy and it may have made my whole night.

My most boomer coded behavior is watching CBS Sunday Morning with my coffee. This morning Miss Rachel is being featured. They spent a good chunk of the interview talking about all the children murdered and maimed in Gaza and her advocacy for them. ❤️

My cat got his claw stuck in my lacey Halloween table cloth. Everything including a glass vase came crashing to the floor. He did that cartoonish thing where he was so desperate to run away that his feet weren't going anywhere, but finally hightailed it up the stairs away from the mess.
