'If you tax the rich they will leave' is an admission that the rich are mercenary and predatory, that we are held hostage by them. Tax the self-serving rich who feed on our country like vampires, tax their assets, their income, and close every kind of tax evasion and avoidance loophole.

Fair play to my vet. I saw the senior partner and he saw sense. No charge for the consultation after all. Willow has passed with flying colours and lost a tiny bit of weight, though still a chonk. Advice from vet "don't try to carry her, you'll do yourself an injury". Yes, that's my girl 😸😸😹😻

Taking this little beauty to the vet for a follow-up appointment, which will cost me £50 extra because it's later than recommended. I've been too ill to get there until now. No leeway given.
