if it *is* true then it just means that the rule is as logistically impossible to enforce as is widely suspected, and that enforcement of it has been indiscernible from its absence alltogether

the thing is that 'we have already been actioning per this policy' is patently untrue. i haven't heard of any cases of people being removed from the platform solely for posting noncon art.
