Democrats should just let it happen. It would clearly show what’s in the Big Ugly Bill. They won’t get credit anyway if something is negotiated. People are usually oblivious.
It just shows how f’ed up healthcare is in the US. Premiums are completely unaffordable without subsidies and how reliant people are on a job with good healthcare benefits. But it will never change unfortunately.
