NEW: There’s a disaster unfolding in Alaska right now. And no major network is covering it.

The remnants of Typhoon Halong battered western Alaska overnight. Homes, with people in them, have literally been swept into the Bering Strait.

At least 20 are missing. No comment from any federal agency.

At it simplest there are a lot of people who can use computer programs. Those same people have no knowledge of how it works and they don’t want to.

Yes and no. Once in awhile I’ll have something spark a memory. A song or a scent like the original Palmolive dish soap reminds me of my grandma.

Another quick look at some recently finished wooden coasters. These were painted in acrylic with a combination of Matisse structure and Holcroft Impasto. Each one of these paintings is from an area I have visited in South East Queensland.
