Today, the Defense Department confiscated the badges of the Pentagon reporters from virtually every major media organization in America. It did this because reporters would not sign onto a new media policy over its implicit threat of criminalizing national security reporting and exposing those who sign it to potential prosecution.
The Pentagon Press Association's members are still committed to reporting on the U.S. military. But make no mistake, today, Oct. 15, 2025 is a dark day for press freedom that raises concerns about a weakening U.S. commitment to transparency in governance, to public accountability at the Pentagon and to free speech for all.

And this is why I have the ship muted/blacklisted almost everywhere. I actually like their canon dynamic so I can see why people ship it even if I personally don't but a lot of the takes from that side of the fandom piss me off so the less I see of it, the better

Are you talking about Kaeya and Diluc?? 😂 They don't get much content nowadays with the story moving further away from Mondstadt but there was an event recently where they were fighting together 🥰 people still love them, the fandom is just a little more quiet now

Oh good, ChatGPT is getting "erotica for verified adults" later this year

We made ChatGPT pretty restrictive to make sure we were being careful with mental health issues. We realize this made it less useful/enjoyable to many users who had no mental health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue we wanted to get this right.

Now that we have been able to mitigate the serious mental health issues and have new tools, we are going to be able to safely relax the restrictions in most cases.

In a few weeks, we plan to put out a new version of ChatGPT that allows people to have a personality that behaves more like what people liked about 4o (we hope it will be better!). If you want your ChatGPT to respond in a very human-like way, or use a ton of emoji, or act like a friend, ChatGPT should do it (but only if you want it, not because we are usage-maxxing).

In December, as we roll out age-gating more fully and as part of our “treat adult users like adults” principle, we will allow even more, like erotica for verified adults.

Reading through Flins' character stories and spinning Gravesin ideas in my mind. A newly awakened Rerir coming across a dormant Flins, who feels the sinner's agony, his determination and offers a deal - to help him reclaim his heart and true form in exchange for Rerir's aid in restoring fae rule 🔥

Serve almost as a microcosmic depiction of hero society so I think Touya being saved made a lot of sense?? And up until a certain point, Endeavor's death was being seeded so I thought that would have been the trade off. But Shoto never really got his catharsis

Honestly after all the focus given to the Todorokis, I was fully expecting Touya at least to live. I can see how rehab would not have worked with Toga given where she was in the story by that point (even if she objectively would have been the easiest to reintegrate into society) but the Todorokis+

The hero rankings themselves were not the issue but rather what came with those rankings -wealth, prestige, etc. The final rankings also sparked a lot of controversy in the fandom so I think if that tradition was going to continue, there should have been an explanation as to why and how it works now

I will say, I do think all three of the main villains dying was also a missed opportunity for rehabilitation (and I say this with the caveat that I did foresee Shiggy being a symbolic save once he merged with AFO). But admittedly, I dont know if that idea would have been well received by JP fanbase

Shoji and Ochako are great examples of how those issues are being addressed post-war so I would have liked to see more of that kind of impact! The HPSC and the hero rankings, we should have received more info on bc those were very emblematic of the problems with hero society so how did they change??
