as as we know atm, no. for one thing, no one's been able to get it on HD yet. they may have made collision interaction changes in HD that patched it. secondly, there's no carry-ables in grove entrance, so even if you got there you'd have to do the mega slow rupee slide instead

with a somewhat precise position and angle, the displacement from the pot pushing link is enough in a single frame to bypass the outer wall collision check. then by collecting a pickup item such as a rupee, more collision checks are disabled in this state, which lets link bypass the inner collision

even after so many years of speedrunning and reverse engineering tp, i still get a sense of comfort listening to the tp soundtrack and going through the story again. getting immersed in the world like i did as a kid

end of the year tp decomp progress: 100% !!
i was definitely right about 2025 being sick for decomp lol, we crushed it this year. still got lots planned for 2026; wii/shield version decomp work, going hard on decomp mods, and maybe the 💻 thing

end of the year tp decomp progress, about 45% total done !!
it was a big year, we switched to a dtk setup which dramatically improved productivity, and made it to over 80% of the DOL done.
i'm predicting an even stronger year next year now that we use dtk. 2025 gonna be sick for decomp

turns out the debug rom has leftover code for the spiral staircase transition that was never used. i decompiled it and built it on GC to see how it worked. its a little jank testing like this, but with a proper room built around it, it would've looked pretty decent

happy 19 years of twilight princess, and at the same time we've got the gamecube usa version over 98% decompiled. big milestone, this game is really important to me. got a lot more in store for the future too
