I have no idea if this will work for you, but I've had a recent issue with my Steam where it refused to launch, and what fixed it was going into my Windows' "Change date, time, or number formats" settings in the Control Panel, Administrative, Change system locale, and then enabling UTF-8 support.

My chair's arm cracked in two, and unfortunately where I live I can't easily get a replacement for specific other reasons. So instead I dug out a screw drill, a small plank of wood, and screwed this bastard in as a brace.

And it fucking holds. Not sure for how long but it fucking holds.

Very nice! One thing I can say that'd make the animation feel more satisfying is making it so that all the particles have slightly different speeds instead of all moving at basically the same pace.
