This morning my dad texts me an apology for making me upset after coming out to him.
So I let him have it. I gave him another chance to be a supportive parent and he fumbled it. I’m ashamed of him more than upset.

After a year on HRT, I’m able to do a 500cal. deficit now and lose *checks notes* 6lbs in 2 weeks. 😳 And I’m still putting weight on the bar every week.

When I’m not at work, I use my girl voice pretty exclusively. And then when I get to work in the morning, using my natural voice almost surprises me. It sucks to hear. I think that’s a good indication that I’m feeling trapped at work.
