Baked a sizeable batch of cookies on Sunday because I had time and motivation.

Only 5 are left now.

Nut Roast from this Sunday. One of my fav meals in the UK.
A not-so-traditional nut roast complete with trimmings and gravy on a white plate. Salt and pepper shakers are on the table as well as a dish of cauliflower cheese

I've promised myself I will do one cross stitch a month this year. Starting off with this. How did I do?

I've got the cold where not a single thought is coherent. I wish I could dunk my head in hot water but I'm sure that will lead to interesting results.

So I made this a couple weeks ago! It's a chocolate birthday cake, featuring a genoise sponge and chocolate ganache added in, in three ways.

Should I make this again, but taller? 👀

Not a snack, but a meal. Tried a new instant pot version of Chole or chickpea curry. It was spicy, tangy and all the lovely things you can think of. #indianfood
