True. But if I ever do get another dog or cat I will get insurance, which I've never done before.
When Luki was ill, over months, my savings seriously dipped. Insurance would have helped, and I might have been able to afford different treatment (£12k) which may or may not have helped

I was part of a research group and was classified in the minority group of "ad-resistant person" who ad companies don't even bother with.

However, I'm sure I would have bought something because of an ad. Perhaps a vacuum cleaner.

My old independent vets charges were very reasonable.
When they came to my house to put Luki to sleep they only charged for the drugs.
Pets at Home wouldn't have done that.
