Adding black pepper to a regular can of soup, such as chicken noodle, is a game changer. I can't eat can soup without it anymore.
But anyway- I just wanted to share something very accessible that helped me in case it helped someone else. I never want someone to go through what I did. That, aside, yoga just has so many benefits to it. It makes me super comfy and relaxed afterwards. [:
Yoga was the biggest thing that helped ground me. I would go 6 hours with an anxiety attack. I couldn't do anything when these were rampant for about a year. I was terrified of myself even. When I did yoga, they were gone within 30 min. I think I've gone several months not having any.

Need extra support on your knees or something? Use a folded up towel or blanket. The hardest part is starting. There's been maybe 2x when I just couldn't, and just laid on the floor with one of her videos playing. It still helped my anxiety attack at the time. Oh, got anxiety? Try yoga.

Hell, I normally do yoga in my pj's, and wear yoga pants just as casual wear. Lol You can do it for 5 min. 20. 30, 40, 60- however long you have time for. You go at your own pace. Modify poses as needed. You don't need blocks. Use books instead. Need a break? Take one any time.

I've been doing yoga with this person's content since last year. I can go as far as saying she probably saved my life with it. Yoga has helped me in so many ways, and I would recommend anyone to try it. You can do it at home, for free, don't need yoga pants or a yoga mat. You can use a towel.

I always knew there was a lot involved with twitch streaming, but omg it is a lot of work on your own. Lol I feel like as soon as I learn a thing, I find a new thing. When I got affiliate, it was a ton of new things. It's definitely a learning curve.

It is very important to pace yourself.
*Fanfare* Affiliate obtained! A goal has been reached!

Thank you to those who have made this possible! 💙
It's cold, rain is coming, and it's lovely. I feel so comfy and alive.
At the very least I learned things by trying to convert that mess. Maybe I need to readjust how I organize my layers in general. Hmm.

Anyway, looking forward to the new one, which should be future-proof and much easier to work with!
I've come to find that turning my recent Suwillow art into a pngtuber wasn't the best idea. I'll still use it in my streams, but it'll be replaced by a new one. Going back in those layers was a nightmare. lol I wasn't planning on using it as such until Jin suggested it after it was finished.

Our cats can never sit nicely together like this. I jumped to take a photo so fast. Lol

This is also a good example of their size difference. Kyo (11) is larger than normal, and Ori (6) is smaller than normal.
Why do twitch video links sometimes show previews and sometimes they don't?

aaaaaaaaaa
The new Final Fantasy Tactics game came out, and of course, Jin had to play it. We played it on my stream. It was a difficult setup having 2 on the same mic and passing the controller back and forth, but it we did it. \o/ One day, we'll have a better setup.

There is a kitty that likes to nap near our front door.
Today I went to get a filling at my new dentist and I reacted a little differently. I shook and cried a bit from the extra numbing. They were patient with me and let me get up a stretch, which helped tons. Then gave me Kpop Demon Hunter on netflix for the rest, then ice cream after. Lol I love them.
IT'S DONE! ;o; It's come such a long way.

If I keep at it, I'll never feel finished. I learned a lot doing it though. Now I can move onto other projects!

... When you realize your drawing that's almost done looks oversaturated on your other monitor. And someone else's phone. I have a filter on that desaturates my phone too! Everyone has different monitors and vision and may not see it the same anyway.

..... Man. This is going to bug me now. Lol
Share anyway! Someone will probably dig it.
It's finally autumn!!

Next is winter. Let's goooo!
I have struggled with anxiety attacks for 1+ years and all of these have helped to calm a busy mind. Yoga helped the most to get me to focus in the present (it's meditation in motion) and help ground me. This + tension release from stretching, + steady breathing is chef's kiss with relaxation.
You can also sit/lay and do a mental body scan from head to toe. Relaxing your forehead, jaw, etc, slowly making your way down.

A sound machine, or some sort of audio, that plays a color noise can also help. My favorite sound is rain.

A cold room with a comfy blanket.

Massage is another good one.
Things that help me:

Yoga! I do this daily to reduce stress/anxiety.

Deep breathing can help lower your heart rate and help convince the nervous system to relax as well.

Drinking herbal teas like chamomile that have a relaxing property to them also can help.
