Good! I was able to go back to the #grip150 without pain! Today I did 350 reps with the #grip144 and then 50 with the #grip150. For the next session I'll do 50 more, right?

After many days without being able to play due to physical problems, I was finally able to play without pain! ❤️

I did the warm up and stayed on the #grip144, I didn't want to push any harder in case I got injured. I'm very happy to be back!💪💪
