Okay. Thanksgiving is done. The joys of being part of a polycule is there are so many more hands to help out. It's nice.

I once asked a bookseller at a large indie store how many people would have to buy a book for it to get the attention of the store buyer and cause an additional order and they said: Three.
I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.

Well, now I've seen everything! Someone shared a copy of the 1991 Quiksilver summer catalog video. So shops back in the day would get these... And there's a part in here where they've set shots of their boardshorts to the Twin Peaks theme. Not with any nod to TP, just the music and day-glo boardies!
