How about lowering costs, how about actually offering ppl a livable wage so they don't have to end up being homeless?!

Why is it that there are billionaires building rockets to go to the moon but yet there isn't money to pay people livable wages!?

States are now considering building tiny cottages/homes to help the homeless but I think that this is small thinking. The real issue isn't the homeless, the real question that those in power need to ask themselves is why are more and more people facing homelessness?

It’s all about company greed and being just another cog in a corporation that doesn’t care whether you’re sick or dealing with mental health issues or you have a partner who is disabled. All they care about is that you come to work on time and that you do what you’re supposed to do, like a robot.

Those ideals may have worked for the older generations but not for us! I’ve been abused, ridiculed, overworked, underpaid, overwhelmed, and given just the bare minimum; whether it was a lack of respect to me as a human being and/or lack of monetary compensation or the opportunity for a raise.

Hard work doesn’t pay off, that’s some bullshit. These days hard work just gets you more hard work. It doesn’t get you recognized or anything. We were told growing up that all we needed to do was to work hard and be complacent at work and do what our bosses tell us. it’s all fantasy & bullshit.
