"Tails Doll"

Panel 1 - A human is sitting on their bed. Visibly irritated, the sight of a doll of Tails from Sonic the Hedgehog poking out from the underside of the bed catches their eye.

Panel 2 - A first person view of the human holding the doll in their arms. Tails speaks. Though his smile as bright as it always was, his aged voice box produces a garbled effect, saying "EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAY"

Panel 3 - Whether it was the site of this old plush doll, his charming smile, what he said, how he said it, or some combination of it all, the human has a sad look on their face after picking up the doll.

Panel 4 - The bedroom is now dark and the human is in bed with the Tails doll tucked in next to them. They are expressionless but seem at peace. Tails is smiling as he always does. There appears to be a small source of light shining into the room and onto the human and their doll.

it's like logging into a counter-strike server that hasn't been touched by humans since 2003 but you can pretend you're playing with real people because all the bots are programmed to write something racist in chat every few seconds

Man oh man checking on twitter is fucking surreal people are arguing with accounts that don't even pretend to be human you take one look at the bot profile and see it joined 6 months ago and has 50k posts like I kinda hate being stuck on this site but how is anyone still on twitter in good faith

Dreamed last night that I cut my hair for the first time in over 4 years and it got me thinking about it. Maybe to like shoulder length. It has kind of gotten to be too much by now lol.

It is surreal that YTP both became as big as it did and that it somehow continues to grow more and more into the mainstream? I don't know how to quantify it, exactly. Not like a bad thing or anything, but the tonal shift is inevitable with anything longstaying almost two decades now.

Not even in a "good old days" sort of way, there are a lot of new people still keeping the old vibes alive, largely from the YTPMV community from what I've come across.

I feel like YTP itself has kind of outgrown the original YTP community in a way. Nothing against the stream or anybody whose videos were on it but the likelihood of Vinny streaming some 30 second assault to the senses that only a very specific set of people find funny is extremely low.
