booked a hire car for a meeting tomorrow, went to reception to pick up the keys and they've left... 2 cars. Two. Whole. Cars. 🙄

Then BT send me an email saying my next bill will be taken on 22nd, I left them 2 months ago. Yay, hours on hold await me to sort that out.

Today can get in the bin.

this makes me so angry. Care workers are doing the jobs most flag-shaggers would think is beneath them, for these workers to face both racist and physical abuse is disgusting. The government are complicit in the choice of language they use when talking about migration.
