After a long journey, my return to New York City to attend New York Comic Con is over. But that doesn't mean there aren't any more events left to close out the year.
For our next stop, we will be making a return to DerpyCon right after the Halloween season!

Looks like #NYCC2025 has concluded for the day! I’ll be busy compiling my thoughts of the event (alongside AnimeNYC) to post to my blog, alongside getting the current batch of commissions all scanned in over the next few days.

Still working on things in the background; trying to assemble up a backlog of retro games to play as well as building mod packs for games I intend to play with friends (as well as guides to set them up)

Nintendo doing all of this just because of, presumably, one game (Palworld) is absolutely absurd.
Trying to establish a monopoly on a genre just because of one game that almost stole your thunder is taking it too far.

My first version of SMB1 was the GBC version, but in recent years I prefer the NES/Famicom original because of its increased screen resolution and not having any quirks like the SNES' brick block bug.

Hey everyone. Thank you all for your patience while I took a semi-hiatus this month. I had two big conventions plus a smaller event and a pool party at my friend’s, and of course EVO was at the start of the month so it was difficult to work on projects when I had lots to prep for in a single month.

Another year of AnimeNYC has wrapped up, sunsetting this year's summer events until next year.
I will be going on another break to enjoy what's left of the season and resume my projects. I will return to the convention scene in October with New York Comic Con!
