Absolutely. Twice a day I give Sunny 1/2 tsp of organic pumpkin puree (no other ingredients). She loves it, laps it up. It helps move the fur through her bowels.

Having said that, it can cause constipation in some cats.

I divide the can into 4ths, freeze extras, use as needed.

I hate it when Sunny just stands and stares at a wall, ceiling, or something. Sometimes she'll meow while staring. It freaks me out. And usually there is an insect or something. Once I had a pipe leak in the wall and she knew it before I did.

I remember my first week of retirement. I actually scheduled each day hour by hour -- out of habit. Finally, now I just do whatever I feel like -- of course I try to be responsible and add some chores in. I'll bet you're going to love it.
