I've never met anyone offline that was enthusiastic about my work, not even my friends and family. I don't even bring it up in conversation because I'm ashamed. For all I know, I wasted all this time for nothing.

A comic writer that only writes can never make comics as good as a comic writer that's also an artist, and it's very noticeable when a comics writer is just a writer.
