I made this Late Roman officer out of the old Salute St George that someone gave me. He was wearing far too much mail for the period, so I gave him new plastic legs and hands after carving off the original shield. I gave him a sword instead of an axe after I took the picture.

I really like it, it works well. You can tell that it's been playtested to death before being released. Definitely better than Hail Caesar. I've not played TTS.

Storage for two 600 point armies (coke can for scale). If it was 28mm metal, you'd get a hernia trying to carry it.

Back in the last naughties I had loads of 10mm early medieval stuff, which I rebased at the start of lockdown in 2020. Now it looks like I can do Hastings using Midgard with both sides around 600 points.
