Dreaming and acting to make Denton more resilient, fiscally sound, and people-oriented — one step at a time.
Bottom-up action meets coordinated response. Ready to be part of the solution? Come to our meetup on Dec 9th! (Harvest House, 7pm)
Thank you to Denton City Councilmember, Brian Beck (District 2), for requesting staff look into this issue during yesterday's Mobility Committee meeting.
A new pedestrian crossing lacks basic infrastructure for safe crossing. City staff have not shared any plans or commitment to address the safety concerns despite multiple requests by Bike Denton since September 8.

Denton, this is how you move things forward: have an idea, do it, iterate. Your kids and grandkids will thank you.

We had Denton's traffic engineer for a #BikeBus ride along yesterday - he was wowed!

In the coming weeks we'll have:
• 4-way stops at two areas of conflict.
• Short stoplights increased during school run.

While it will take months for studies and to identify funding. . .
