I'm always stoked to get a piece of gift art from someone. Even if its something simple, for me it means someone cares enough about me and my characters to make the effort to create it. And I express my gratitude to them in reply, knowing that reply means a lot to them.

Following their sunbathing session at a clothing-optional beach, @ebonyleopard.bsky.social's Artica Lagopus and her mother Anastasia decide to get some ice cream. Turns out, Anastasia is a bigger lover of ice cream than her daughter is.

It was high time for me to do some Artica fanart again, and what better time than Sketchtober. I really enjoyed how this one came out, though I see I'll still to work on my drawing of arms and paws.
