its like any screen time service except more customization and you can literally make it so you *cant* override the blocks you decide on for a certain period of time

if you have a mac (which im assuming you do based on apple and no microsoft, unless you use linux), i highly recommend "cold turkey blocker" - its a one time fee, I forget how much exactly but its been well worth it for me in my struggle to get my screen time in check.

which is why if you pet a sheep your hands will be soft after!! its the lanolin!! so alternatively go to a sheep farm and stick your face in the hair of a fluffy sheep

that sounds excellent this time of year!! i normally use the lanolin overnight and its quite magical it's like a really really good version of vaseline except it actually soaks in and moisturizes too. it's also great in the nostrils if you get dry nostrils haha

have you tried lanolin its the greatest thing ever. im curious about the chemicals one though

its often marketed as "lanolin nipple cream" like for breasfeeding haha
