Kirby Air Riders is fun. I never got to play the original Air Ride so it's a brand new experience.
My favorite rider is Knuckle Joe and I like using the battle chariot, slick star, and vampire star (in no particular order).
Also my favorite legendary is Leo, but Hydra's a close second!
