Just going to throw this out there: A Japanese manga artist named Ryo Tatsuki predicted a massive tsunami would hit Japan on July 5, 2025. Instead, Texas got catastrophic flooding that took the lives of 50+ people. She saw 'dragons' and water rising at 5am...
