NS government is doubling down on its crackdown on cannabis dispensaries in the province, even as the premier and justice minister both said they cannot provide firm numbers, test results or written evidence to support their claims.

Their only reason? cause Timmy "heard" something.
Houston says 'I’ll double down, triple down' on Nova Scotia cannabis dispensary crackdown, but narrative lacks facts
Justice minister says the number of illegal dispensaries is "more than 118" but was unable to province updated number.

I did Crossfit for a decade and now do Hyrox.

Pete Hegseth's kettlebell form is very bad.

He should be extending his hips and thrusting upwards so his legs and hips do the work of lifting the kettlebell, his arms should just be guiding it.

But instead his arms/wrists are doing all the work.
Hegseth had cameras recording him working out with recruits today at UCLA

This winter, take time to rest, you're not tired cause you're lazy, you're tired cause you're exhausted, just cause a gregorian calendar says it's the new year doesn't mean it actually is, the natural world is sleeping till spring, take it a little slower, let your body rest up for the coming year

I only knew Brett as the really nice guy who made my coffee at Java Blend, yet he was so much more to so many, he leaves behind a partner and a son. If you can spare something to make this time for them a little easier the link is below.

This is how A.I. and the machines kill us, not by some cool Terminator robots rising up and hunting us down, but by just making our planet unliveable quicker than we're already doing it ourselves

A.I. doesn't need:
- clear air to breathe
- clear water to drink
- clean food to eat

but we do.

Artificial Intelligence won't rise up to kill us like in the Terminator movies.

That's too messy and inefficient.

The easier method is It'll just poison all the freshwater in the world, we die of dehydration, and it still gets to use all the fresh water to cool itself down despite the poison.
