A big problem we have as a country is that a significant swath of Americans treat history, science, and economics with the same kind of suspension of disbelief that they treat professional wrestling.

We got our first EV in 2013 and I still never get tired of plugging in to fill up at home.
It doesn’t seem like just not having to go to the gas station would be that big of a deal. I mean, we’ve all been going to the gas station for potentially decades, but once you don’t have to anymore…

It’s an interesting way to think about what so many people are dealing with. When I had my food business may of my employees were retirees.

No one ever nominated me for a 40 Under 40 list, or a 50 Under 50. Still time for 60 Under 60. The good news is that my odds are getting better.

We Christians, whether regular churchgoers or by birth and tradition, need to actively guard against and fight the idolatry that’s being promoted as Christianity by many political factions today.

Watching TV tonight I’m thinking of one thing that’s changed since I was a kid: we played TV shows at school. We argued who would, “be,” each character. Nowadays, not a thing.

It feels surreal to live in the U.S. right now.
We’re like passengers on a massive luxury cruise ship — the food is abundant, the entertainment endless, the ocean views incredible. All we really need to do is stay afloat and enjoy the journey.

In 10 years, when the only cars selling in numbers in the US are Chinese EVs & some boutique models like Rivian (if we’re lucky), will people curse Trump & his shortsighted anti manufacturing OBBB or just shrug & thank the CCP for sending us their bare bones models?
