Scary trend
Attention is on NEETs today, but the problem is much worse.

NEETs include stay-at-home parents & jobseekers.

Strip those out to focus on people not working, not seeking work, not in education & not parenting: this group of economically & socially dislocated young adults has *doubled* in a decade.

Robbie Gibb was appointed to the BBC Board by Boris Johnson, was an editorial advisor for GB News, and worked as Theresa May's Director of Comms.

He is not impartial or neutral. The government should remove him from the Board immediately to protect the BBC's independence.

The current spate of reminders on the BBC that they belong to us, and thanking us will likely be met by the GBeebies-watching, Daily Mail-reading ‘defund the BBC’ mob with scorn. But I am reminded of the aphorism ‘if you don't pay for a service, you are likely the product being sold’

Intelligent women who have succeeded despite the stacked odds are Kryptonite to the swivel-eyed loons. First Rayner, now Reeves.
The Reeves story, whether you like her policies or not, is a nothing burger. A zip, nada, nope, move on.
