For 3-4 years, I spent too much time watching history videos like Kings & Generals/HistoryMarche/Flashpoint History/all the others.

I've finally grown out of it b/c I learned almost "all" the history, even as EU5 came out

And EU5 will capture less attention than EU4, just as GTA4 made GTA5 boring

AI's improved capabilities (eg o3) now allow more ordinary non-experts to get way more out of attending NeurIPS/ICML/etc (the types of people at NeurIPS/ICML also all seem the same - there needs to be more "ideological/background diversity" in the types of people who go)
