In the absence of good leadership, workers tolerance levels seem to be dropping and they're taking their frustrations out on each other! Employees trying to be nicer isn't the answer! We need better workplace cultures!

Most Supervisors say they spend little time doing the job they signed up for, because they're always putting out fires! 
If the org doesn't enable them to extinguish them properly, they will keep reigniting!
What are the things that prevent you from spending time with your team?
Nothing worse than hearing this and feeling that way! When process is interrupted, the first thing said by management...'How quickly can we get this up and running?'! Add 'safely' to the end of it, completely different meaning and culture!

Has the H&S ‘industry’ inadvertently created an environment where people feel safer than they actually are? Always hearing about H&S, one could assume things are taken care of! 
Combined with leaders failing to allow people to have input into procedures maybe increasing risk.
