Artists, send invoices. That way, no one has to say what the money is for on Paypal's paper trail.

I was in the parking lot of the VA clinic today waiting for my appointment check-in time when I got a call cancelling my appointment. The fact that they can give me a 40 minute warning when if I give them less than 24 hours too often I lose my coverage means its morally right to exploit the VA.

Buddy, I don't think that's possible. I think you confused the word "exploit" with "use" in your head. The VA is the fulfillment of a deal with our service members. One that, historically, we haven't been very good at keeping.
