LibDem because I believe in equal opportunity for all regardless of just about everything. Like Rugby, Food, Cycling, my kids and grandchildren. I also trust science because science is always open to change if facts prove otherwise. Rejoin EU. PR.

Really odd that Ed Davey is talking about this way more than Labour, who (you'd imagine) have far more access to any damning evidence (if such a thing exists).

What's to stop Starmer from simply asking the Security Services for the full dossier on Farage/Banks et al?
It’s clear to anyone paying attention that Farage won’t investigate the Russian infiltration of Reform.

The Prime Minister must step up and launch a national investigation.

It's Lib Dems or Reform for Sussex Mayor.

The choice is clear: I will fight to protect our environment. I'll deliver better public transport, and champion a stronger local economy for everyone. We are the positive alternative. We can win this. Help me win 👇

Not the Brexit deal.
Brexit.
A prejudiced moronathon that will continue to damage our country until we’re brave/sane enough to admit it, demand accountability from those who insisted upon it and then, finally, start to fix it.
The tide is turning. Even the Telegraph is now admitting the damage the Brexit deal has done to the economy.

The Farageists are on 25%, while the two parties most clearly opposed to them, and most likely to take votes from Labour, the Greens and LibDems are on a combined 31%. That's a very important political story which has barely been noticed.

The LibDems have been talking rejoin since 2016 putting a million people on the streets. The media won’t cover LibDems because the newspapers are owned by foreigners not paying tax and TV has Tory management.

I thought Ed Davey did a good job by saying there's no way Farage would investigate Russian interference in Reform and so Starmer should. Quite right! Hope he keeps coming back to that. In the meantime, I highly recommend this podcast series: the-citizens.com/2025/02/serg...

Lib Dem leader Edward Davey calls for a national investigation into Russian political interference in British politics:

"Given Reform won't, he must. So will he know launch a national investigation into Russian infiltration into our politics?"

Starmer: "Reform is riddled with pro-Putin propaganda"

I cannot believe that the day after Ed Davey is named as the most trusted leader on the economy, the BBC do not air his response to the government on their coverage. Absolutely ridiculous.

We can have a new deal with Europe. To say you can’t is misleading.
You can't just have a new deal with Europe. @eddavey.libdems.org.uk knows this, but likes the sounds of pretending he doesn't when calling from the backbenches

UK tax burden is way below that of most advanced economies.

@skynewsrss.bsky.social Why aren’t you asking Farage about this and the 17 times he appeared on Russian TV as a guest of the Kremlin and ask him how much did he get paid?
What’s the difference between him and ex Reform Leader Gill?

Why have you constantly ignored reports like this:
Stanford University report on the economic impact of Brexit. Reduced GDP by up to 8% and reduced investment by as much as 18%. The Treasury would have £40 billion more each year if Britain had remained in the EU.

Donald Trump expects Ukrainians to be ‘grateful’ as he prepares a carve-up of the country with Putin.

We can’t let that happen - Starmer must work with our European allies to stop this stitch-up in its tracks.

If Reform win we won’t be arguing about polls as meaningful elections will be a thing of the past as Farage uses Putin’s Kremlin blueprint on how to run a country.
