Spent some time refactoring badly constructed obviously AI code today. Felt really good about it until I realized I was probably the one who introduced that code.

Taking time to do things right the first time (or any time after that) is paying it forward to the future devs, including yourself.

Love when I spend an hour digging into a bug that I think is a product my own custom code and then figure out I just need to update the library… at least it works now!

Somehow keeping up with Advent of Typescript this year! I'm not able to get to it every day, but I'm caught up through today! And inspired by @cassidoo.co's #blogvent, I wrote up my solution for Day 12 in my first ever blog post: medium.com/@stephen.a.b...

Having a fantastic time working on our WireWeather software at Pitch Aeronautics. Flutter is challenging, and today was a day where I played whack-a-bug, but I am having a blast pushing my limits and working on a real product!

Loving these December coding challenges - now participating in Advent of Code @adventofcode.bsky.social , Advent of Typescript (@typeheroapp on X), and Debug December @sentry.io. Anyone have any more? I can't get enough!

As always, over-engineering my solution and confusing myself, but we made it.

Finally made it over to bluesky, happy to be here! After hearing about how good twitter used to be and how bluesky is trying to get back to that, I didn't want to pass the opportunity up!
