After Ontario tax $ built the 151 km 407 ETR in 1999, this other stupid incompetent Conservative FUCK Harris sold the ownership of it in a 99 year lease to a Spanish Consortium for for $3.1 Billion to balance the books and then he quit politics!

Today the ETR segment alone is valued at $40B!
