There’s so much more I could say about Omen but this is already a few posts long so I’ll shut up here. I love Omen. I love him so much, and thanks to Dioxorus, I’ve got my Alaistaire, who I made to be exactly me aside from appearance, with him now.

I see that in Omen. And it’s always been hard/weird to describe it to others, but I can just point to Omen and be like “That. That’s what it’s like.” I’ve cried over Omen more than I’d like to admit because of how much I relate to him and how he interacts/is interacted with the other agents.

It’s a weird feeling to have others know what happened to you, but to not remember it at all yourself. To have to look them in the eye and say “sorry, I don’t know/remember.” To feel like you’re an outcast within your own found family, in a space that’s supposed to be your own.

I’ve typed and re-typed stuff to say about Omen and how I relate to him. It’s so hard to put into words without tearing up. I’ve struggled so much with my C-PTSD - and I see it represented with Omen. So many questions about my past, so few answers.
